Shipping

Orders ship from Idaho via USPS. Ready-made items go out in 3–5 business days; made-to-order and custom pieces take 2–3 weeks.

Flat $5 shipping on U.S. orders, free on orders over $50. You'll get tracking by email as soon as your package is on its way.

Returns & exchanges

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, message me within 14 days of delivery and I'll replace it or refund you.

Because everything is handmade, returns for change of mind are accepted within 14 days on unused, non-custom items — buyer covers return shipping.

Custom and personalized pieces are final sale.

Care

Spot clean with cool water and mild soap, reshape, and air dry. Please don't machine wash or tumble dry stuffed pieces.

Payment

Checkout is processed securely by Stripe. Card details are never stored on this site.

Privacy

I only collect what's needed to fulfill your order — name, email, and shipping address. I never sell or share your information, and I only email you about your order unless you ask to hear more.
